Term 2, Week 5

Hi everyone,

Last week in Readers Circle we spoke more about the expectations for the session, particularly the matter of your preparation for our discussions.  I hope everyone will be prepared to enter into conversation about their book this week.

Last week, you started to tell me about the main character in your book.  Today, I would like you to think a little more about your main character.  Have you noticed any changes to the character through what you've read of the story so far?

Don't forget that you can also talk about the story in general - what's been happening and how you've been enjoying it.

    we have a new book called plagues and ferations. this book is a diary entry of Kitty Barnes. The main character is Kitty Barnes,she is a teenager, who was asked by her teacher Mrs Collins to write something everday.she has eight brothers and sisters.

    since we have a new book there ill be different people. in this book called "Plagues and Federations, the diary of Kitty Barnes" Kitty Barns i the main charater, we haven't read much of the book so it doesn't say if she has change over the past. But here is some main facts of Kitty's life They have 11 people in their family some are in and some are out! She lives at 88 Windmill street, The Rocks, Sydney, Australia.

    we have changed books and the book is called My Story Plagues and Federation.
    The main character is Kitty Barnes he's a regular boy with a poor family and his mother can't read or write so Kitty Barnes is trying to teach her using the chalk slate and the news paper that his farther gets out of the rubbish Kitty Barnes's family doesn't mind because thats how they know what is going on around the world because they don't have a t.v to watch so they depend on the paper that's as much as I know see you in the reading circle. bye

    plague and federation 20 april
    the are a poor family with a boy who doesn't want to get the blackdeath itsa deases which is carried by rats l cant wait till tommorow
